This Privacy Policy explains how SesameWare processes information collected through sesameware.com and the SesameDVR trial request flow.

Data we collect

Email address submitted in the SesameDVR trial form.
Selected server interface language for the trial installation command.
Optional domain name submitted for automatic nginx/HTTPS setup.
Optional HTTPS / Let's Encrypt contact email submitted for automatic certificate setup.
Technical request data such as IP address, user agent, request time and abuse-prevention logs.
Google Analytics usage data only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To issue a personal SesameDVR trial key.
To send the trial key, confirmation link and installation instructions.
To include optional public-domain HTTPS setup flags in the installation command.
To limit each trial key to one installation and prevent abuse.
To respond to support or sales requests.
To understand website traffic if analytics consent is given.

Trial keys

Trial keys are personal and limited to one activation. The first server that activates the key may bind the license to that server fingerprint.

We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers for email delivery, website hosting, analytics and license infrastructure. These providers process data only for the purposes above.

Retention

Trial request records, license issuance records and related audit logs are kept only as long as needed for support, fraud prevention, legal compliance and license operations, then deleted or anonymized.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
