Use this overview to choose the components for a deployment. RBT is the central backend; the remaining products add video recording, recognition, customer video access, field-service workflows and operator clients.

Platform Products

  • RBT (SmartYard-Server) — intercom server and admin panel
  • FALPRS — face and license plate recognition
  • SesameDVR — full-featured DVR/media server for video surveillance and IPTV: IP-camera recording, live video, archive playback, IPTV CatchUP, LL-HLS, WebRTC and API access. A dedicated RBT plugin can automatically synchronize camera stream changes to the correct SesameDVR server.
  • SesamePortal — web portal above one or multiple SesameDVR servers: users, access groups, favorites, camera mosaic and map.
  • RBT-TT — ticket tracking and scheduling
  • PWA — app for field staff
  • Desktop client — PC client for the concierge or security posts
  • iOS/Android — mobile apps (custom-branded or the shared one — Teledom)

Existing installations based on the previous recorder generation can use the Simple-DVR overview to distinguish the legacy project from SesameDVR.
