RBT-TT — tickets & field work planning
RBT-TT is a module within the Sesameware/Teledom platform designed for ticket tracking, workforce planning, and execution control for service teams (intercoms, CCTV, access control / gates & barriers, etc.).

Field technicians use a mobile web client (PWA) that can be installed to the home screen and used like an app (offline capabilities depend on the workflow).
Why RBT-TT
- A single place to track service tickets by site (building / entrance / device / address)
- Planning and assignment of tasks to technicians
- Status and deadline control
- Mobile-first field workflow via PWA (no native app required)
Components
1) RBT-TT (server-side module)
Dispatcher/admin functions typically include:
- ticket creation and assignment
- planning & scheduling
- execution history and tracking
Ticket fields, statuses, and roles can be customized to match your internal process.

2) Field technicians PWA

Typical capabilities:
- view assigned tickets and details
- update statuses (in progress / done / needs clarification, etc.)
- comments and work result notes
- quick access from a mobile device

Typical workflow (example)
- A dispatcher/operator creates a ticket (or it is created via integration).
- The ticket is linked to a site/device and gets priority & due date.
- A technician receives the task in the PWA.
- The technician completes the work and records the result.
- Dispatcher monitors status and history; follow-up tasks can be created if needed.
Deployment
A typical rollout includes:
- server deployment and basic configuration
- configuring your ticket process (fields, statuses, roles)
- onboarding technicians to the PWA
- pilot launch on a limited area before scaling
